We use standard shipping: 1-3 business days (Jabodetabek area) or 3-7 working days (other area in Indonesia) via SiCepat. To check the shipping fee, you can click here.
PS: Standard shipping is free for Jakarta region with minimum purchase IDR 350,000 and all other city throughout Indonesia with minimum purchase IDR 700,000. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.Â

The estimated delivery time is calculated on checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once it has been shipped. The delivery time of some countries which need more detailed documents for shipping may take longer than the estimated time.
When will my order ship?
Here’s how it works. You order, we process, then we ship.
While ordering on secondatebeauty.com only takes a few seconds, processing your purchase takes 1 to 2 business days for us (and orders placed after 16.00 WIB will be processed on the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Our love is on the way!
If you placed an order on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, it will be processed on the next working day after you finish the payment.Â

Kapan pesananku dikirim?
Begini cara kerjanya. Kamu memesan, kami memprosesnya, lalu paket dikirim.
Meski waktu yang kamu habiskan saat pemesanan di website secondatebeauty.com hanya sekejap, kami butuh waktu 1 sampai 2 hari kerja untuk memproses pesananmu (pesanan di atas jam 16.00 WIB akan diproses hari kerja berikutnya). Setelah itu, paketmu akan diproses sepenuhnya oleh perusahaan jasa pengiriman. Kamu akan mendapat email notifikasi berisikan nomor resi setelah paketmu dikirim. Cinta kami untukmu sudah dalam perjalanan.
Kalau pesananmu terkonfirmasi pada hari Jumat sore, Sabtu, Minggu ataupun Hari Libur, kami akan memprosesnya pada hari kerja berikutnya.
How can I find the status of my order?
We get it, you want to know where your products ASAP. In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days register your shipment status. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. To track your order, you can click here.
If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via email help@secondatebeauty.com. We will try to track it down for you.

Sorry, but once your package is with the delivery company, it has become their responsibility. We are not responsible for losses not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by the shipping company. We will be responsible for your losses only if we violate our terms and conditions.
