The products and services on the site are intended for personal, non-commercial purposes only. By using the website, you agree to use it only for lawful, noncommercial purposes and in compliance with all international, federal, state and local laws. Except as expressly permitted in these terms and conditions, you may not use, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, copy, publish, display, transmit, adapt, frame, link, rent, lease, loan, sell, license or in any way exploit the content of the site. If you would like to be our reseller, you may contact us and we’ll make an agreement for it.
To make things easier, we’ll keep your details for your next purchase(s) as you sign up on our website. You have to provide accurate, detailed and true information regarding your shipping address, mobile phone, etc. We will keep your information private.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please record an unboxing video (full 360 angles) when you’ve received a package from us. The unboxing video is necessary as proof for damage cases, so please record it in clear lighting.
If you find some defects on your products, you may return it to us as long as you purchased it from our website (www.secondatebeauty.com) or our official account on Shopee. Also, if we send you a different product from your order, you can also exchange it to us.
The unboxing video should show the damaged parts and packing slip existing outside of the package. If you find your item damaged within 30 days after you received the item (incase of broken lip tint applicator), you should have 2 videos: unboxing video and damaged product video.
We're sorry but we can't accept an exchange if you don't have the video or the video you have is edited/paused.
Email us the unboxing video and pictures of the products with your Order ID number to firstname.lastname@example.org with subjects: "EXCHANGE IT PLEASE" no more than 30 days from the receipt date. Then, send us the product that you want to exchange to the address that you will received on the email. Used product cannot be returned or exchanged.
The following policies are not applied to Sale items. All Sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return & Exchange for Milky Gel Lip Tint
If you find some defects on your lip tint after you received your package, you may return it to us as long as you purchased it from our website (www.secondatebeauty.com) or our official account on Shopee and we will send you a new one.
What meant by defects here are broken applicators and severe leakage because of the packaging. Any damaged caused by customer's treatment to the product won't count as defect. For broken applicators issue, we will send you a new applicator.
Please send us the video and photos of the product and also a photo of the BATCH CODE in the form that our team will give you.
This policy only applies if you send the product back to us and if you put the tracking number of the return package in the form. If all the terms stated before are not fulfilled, we're sorry but we can't process the exchange.
The product that will be exchanged cannot be swapped with another shades. SECONDATE have the right to reject the exchange request.
This policy will apply until 31 December 2021.
Refund Policy is only applicable for customers from overseas (outside of Indonesia). If your item is damaged within 30 days after you received it and you can't send the product back to us, please contact us to process the refund.
Please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved. Make sure to check out to purchase the product. Once you have checked out, you cannot add or decrease items on your shopping bag. You can reorder to make a purchase if you do not want to pay double shipping fees. All of our products are not for reserved. Your orders will be proceed once your payment is successful and you can't change your orders.
We have the right not to process your order if we are unable to validate your payment. We also have the right not to process your order if the product is out of stock and somehow the system fails. We will refund your payment entirely.
We have tried our best to show you the most accurate colors on our website and social media. But due to different monitor display, the colors may appear differently.
You agree to be responsible for your activity in this website. If we notice that you were related in prohibited activities or violate our Terms and Conditions, we may deny your access to this website temporary or permanent basis.
We are not responsible for losses or damages not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by shipping company or force majeure. We will be responsible for your losses only if we violate our Terms and Conditions.
